William Johnson

William graduated from Nashville School of Law as a member of the Honorable Society of Cooper's Inn, an award given to only the top 10% of each class. William is Chairman of the Planning & Zoning Commission for his home town of Ridgetop.

Sara has been a powerhouse in multiple sectors of commerce through middle Tennessee. She served in executive roles for F&M Bank and most recently was the operations manager for JCM Corporation. She brings exceptional business acumen and years of experience to the Governors Title team.

Katrina Washam
Senior Title Agent
Katrina is an Alabama native who has lived and worked in Tennessee for a decade. She works directly with lenders, agents, and our clients every day to ensure our closings go smoothly. Her friendly, no-nonsense approach is one of the cornerstones of what makes Governors Title so successful!
Jeri Turner
Escrow Officer
Jeri has been a resident of Clarksville since 2010. In 2017, she joined the Law Practice side of business and has been an essential part of building Governors Land & Title into what it is today: the community's premier avenue for real estate transactions!
Jada Washam

Jada is a full-time accounting student at Austin Peay State University (Go Govs!) who combines attention detail with a friendly smile. She is dedicated to providing a positive experience for clients and takes pride in doing her part to keep things running smoothly. Jada ensures our clients experience the Govs Difference from start to finish.

Office Mascot
Remi joined Govs in 2024 as the official mascot. A passionate squirrel enthusiast and a bundle of energy and fun, Remi keeps the team smiling and engaged. In addition to fostering team bonding among staff, Remi serves as a morale booster, enhancing overall job satisfaction.
